Points to note about our plumbing and heating rates

Bullet  There is a 1 hour minimum call-out charge for all services
Bullet  Fixed price quotations are offered for central heating installations
Bullet  All prices exclude VAT
Bullet  All prices exclude congestion & parking charges
Bullet  All rates are + materials
Bullet  Collection / delivery of parts on the same day is charged at hourly rate
Bullet  Next day or any other day parts collection / delivery is charged at £20 fixed fee
Bullet  After the first hour we charge in 1/4 hour time slots
Bullet  Payment is due upon completion of work

Points to note about Gas safety certificates

Bullet  A Gas safety certificate can only be issued if the boiler is safe
Bullet  In the event that it can not be issued we will give you an estimate on the cost of repair
Bullet  In that event, the normal 1 hour minimum charge applies
